What’s the good temperature to open ipad digitizer, i’m use hot gun/blower… my hot blower minimum temperature is 100 celcius, can i use it ??
Some of the temperatures stated in the answers are wrong and actually very dangerous! 60ºC to 90ºC = 140ºF to 194ºF is the general temperature range you need. “100ºC” will burn you and damage the device - it is the temperature of boiling water! “180-220C°” may cause fires, will destroy the device, and cause severe burns. They must have meant °F not °C! Good luck and pry gently!
Yes you can. A hot plate is usually used in the 120 or something Fahrenheit range. Ive used my hot air gun for my brother’s. If you hold it back a bit,it won’t expose it to the max heat. Just don’t hold it up right on the screen. I’m pretty sure your iPad has the digitizer and lcd as one piece. If you’re replacing the screen,make sure you have the lcd digitizer assembly. Use like 100 c hot air at max airflow and no nozzle. Be cautious not to overheat it. Stay at that range,and it should be fine.
