Keep getting the message “Google Keyboard” can not be used, please try to allow permissions. Have tried to allow permissions with no success.
Settings –> Applications –> Google Keyboard (gboard?) Force Stop Uninstall or Uninstall Updates Power off the phone Power the phone back on. It should work again

I have the same problem started a few hours ago!
I just had the same thing happen to me. On Google Play Store or what you use for an app store, use the microphone to download a keyboard app like touch pal or maybe google keyboard. It will guide you to a few options when you open the app. You’ll be typing in no time. Good luck!!!
