Google Play Store Won T Open And Google Play Services Has Gone Missing Zte Zmax

Everything was fine until yesterday. Google play store icon is there but will not open. Some apps wont open says it needs google play services. When I go to play store on my laptop it looks like google play services is already installed on my phone (cant’t pick it on dropdown list).

Settings –> Applications –> Google Play Services • Force Stop • Clear Cache • Clear Data • Uninstall updates Settings –> Applications –> Google Play • Force Stop • Clear Cache • Clear Data • Uninstall updates Reboot the phone. If you don’t see the Google Play icon, look for Android Market. Once you launch it, it will start to download the latest update.
