I did a factory reset on my Alcatel and since then google is not working in any form… search, playstore etc … none of them are working. It was fine prior to factory reset. When I try to browse the internet it tells me that it cannot find a secure connection. But I AM connected by wifi
Have you tried updating your OS to the latest verion? Previous versions may ‘‘disagree’’ with some apps.
