My boat stone 1400 got freezed. It doesn’t turn off. I can’t even reset it.
Hi, Try disconnecting the battery and leaving it disconnected for about 5 minutes and then reconnect the battery and check what happens when you try to turn it on and use it. Here’s a video that shows how to disassemble the speaker. You don’t have to disassemble it that much. Just enough to get access to the battery cable connector plug. At ~1:30 minutes into the video you can see the white battery cable plug with the red and black wires on the left hand end of the motherboard. Gently pull by the plug to remove it from the socket. Do not pull the cable out by the wires as shown at ~2:06 minutes into the video, as you could pull the wires out of the plug. Grab hold of the white plug where the wires go into
Connect the speaker using an aux cable and play something, then disconnect the cable and the speaker should get back to pairing mode and back to normal. Worked in my case, I had boAt Stone Grenade 5W
