Hi My daughter got a used school computer and the admin settings where being controlled by the school. How can I change that so that I become that Master admin in this computer?

You can’t. The motherboard is locked to the schools control now. Replacing the motherboard is all you can
actually you only have to replace the drive
Contact the school IT department an d have them release it.
