Gps Generally Not Working But Wifi Bluetooth Are Ok Iphone 6

I want to tether my iPhone 6 (off of my iPhone 7) to use in the car with the Waze app. I have had no problems with my other iPhones doing this, but this particular iPhone 6 is not working in Waze, even though it seems to be OK with Apple Maps and Google Maps. No problem with wifi or Bluetooth. GPS Status app shows GPS is way off (H 213 ft/V 32 ft / No speed data). Should I replace the Logic Board Antenna Flex Cable or one of the other GPS-exclusive parts? Thanks!
