can i upgrade my macbook 6,1 mid 2009 gpu vram? i cant do more in 256mb even my adobe photoshop wont work.
i want to upgrade it to 512mb or 1gb gpu vram
There is no provisions to add video RAM (V-RAM) in any MacBook or even most MacBook Pro’s. Only the iMac’s which have a MXM graphics card could you get a 1 or 2 GB boards. The 2012 and newer iMac’s need to be bought with the larger RAM installed if offered. Time to get a system which offers the needed V-RAM.
