My RCA tablet has a green dash border around the edge of my screen. I have tried turning it off and a reset but still the border and the device will not work. When touched the border will move to a box or rectangle around the area touched. Pls help.
I had this problem too, you have to hold the icon that you need to use until the green box pops up, and then double tap, once you have it unlocked, do the same thing (hold down and double tap) to settings, and turn off talk back (you might need to search it once your in settings, like I did) and then your tablet should be fine after that.

I would check if you accidentally turned on show screen changes in a developer mode. if not it could be a small internal crack in the lcd. UPDATE: re reading it you have an assistive touch on. look in your settings and accessibility settings and make sure everything is turned off
