my kids dropped my xbox one off the shelf its probably 2 feet off the ground, now i have flickering horizontal green lines across the screen i already reset it, disconnect the HDMI cable, and nothing is there anything i can do?
Jose Perez not really. Sounds like you may have knocked a component loose or broken wire somewhere. You will have to disassemble it to take a closer look at all of those things.
