Hi I have a Panasonic TX-55AX630B - and I have the same issue green light comes on but no picture sound sometimes works - any ideas ??
‘’’++Dave Crisp++’’’ you do want to check your backlight. In a darkened room turn the TV to a station that you know is on the air. Then shine a flashlight at an angle against the screen. If you can make out silhouettes etc, it is your backlight that it out. Could be a power board issue as well as a backlight array issue. If you cannot make out any silhouettes and since you are also having trouble with the sound, I would check the main board. Post some images of all of your boards etc. with your question.
