The model number is PCG-81212M. When I turn the unit on and the home page comes up, I can see green splotches on the screen. This also happens when I’m on a website. Any ideas what could cause this. The green splotches do not go away. Thanks Tom
@tbathe4th connect an external monitor to your computer. If those splotches still appear you are having issues with the GPU on the motherboard. If they do not appear, you are having an LCD that is failing. Since you are calling them splotches they obviously do not create a hue over the LCD, therefore I do not see that this would be a cable issue.
