I have Grey bars along the bottom of the screen. They interfere with typing! i had changed the battery. Cleaned the screen connectors. Nothing works! Update (12/15/2016) The last line of the keyboard will not work…. that is where the Grey boxes are located! Can’t type in passwords!
sounds like your LCD is failing. most repair shops have these parts.
