Hi, I have used my Computer and had no issues before. A couple of weeks ago I started to get grey horizontal lines on my screen. At first I thought it was a problem with my graphics card but now I am not sure. When I use my computer on my desk and increase the fan speed, I don’t have this problem. But when I use my computer on my bed, I get those gray lines right away all across my screen. Has anyone had this issue or know how to fix it?
Download a temperature monitor for your laptop. If it is overheating, try blowing out the heatsink, usually located right where the fan blows out. Do you only notice this problem while running on battery?
