Hi, I have a phillips 55 inch, model 55PFL5402/F7A, and it turns on but with a grey screen. When it first happened it had sound. But don’t hear sound anymore. I’m trying to identify if I should replace main board, or something else. Please help!!
@og23 grey screen is most likely your backlight turning on. Since you had sound and it stopped working as well my prime suspect to change would be the main board. Of course always check the wiring and all the other boards for any obviously damaged components etc. Also, post some pictures of your boards with your QUESTION so we can see what you see.
