Ground Loop Is That The Problem And How To Fix It Pc

I have what I suspect to be ground loop. The 3.5mm cable between the line in on my PC and the line out on my monitor is producing a strange buzzing noise. I’ve tried removing the ground connection between the two, but it didn’t help. What I’m really looking for is verification that the problem is really ground loop. hello George A. did u fix these buzzing noises ? was it ground loop ? did that mpow ground isolator solve that ? im asking because i have same problem right now
