Chosen Solution
So I have this Moto g7 play Android phone running on 9 pie. Not even sure what that really means but my phone is hacked and the few phones before that were hacked into also I’ve changed phones, phone numbers, and phone carriers even went through a whole lotta different Google and Facebook accounts always same result. How I always know is the phone regardless if where I am it always says I’m in Pennsylvania however I’ve never even been there I’m pretty sure I know who is doing it but the real question is. How do I make it stop and reclaim my phone and really my life too
Hi @lasttime, Some things to try. Download, install and run the following 2 apps to check for any viruses and malware, App 1, App 2 Turn off Bluetooth if not you’re not using it to guard against any unauthorized access. Only if you want to, cancel your Google account and create a new account, email etc, one where the account details are known only to you. (Memorize them as you may need them in the future if you have to reset the phone etc). Here’s a link how to remove the account details from the phone.
