Did you drop the phone? It’s either a connection for the screen not getting good contact or a bad screen. Before you unhook the connectors for the screen make sure you disconnect the battery. You don’t want to short cut the backlight circuit. Get a magnifying glass and check the connections and clean them with a soft brush. I hope this helps
