Chosen Solution
The phone had slowed down so I powered it off to close some programs. When I turned it on, it hangs up on the “Huawei flower” and goes no further. I have taken out the battery a couple of times but each time it returns to the Huawei flower and stops. It’s been like that for nearly two hours. Help!! I need my phone.
