Hi everyone, I had my 1Tb harddisk working perfectly except when i unplugged accidently. But it used to be fine and was working. Last time i was using 2.0 Targus USB hub with the power of 5.0V 2.6Amp and connected my harddisk to the hub. That was the moment I couldn’t get my disk in mac. I thought it was taking the time to pop up but now I knew that it doesn’t spin at all. Need suggestion plz. Update (09/18/2016)
Try different cables. Did you try it directly on a computer, better a different one? May be hub is defective. In the worst case, disassemble and carefully transfer the HDD to a different enclosure and try powering it on.
