My MacBook Pro will not boot past the Apple logo with the loading bar. When I went in to the disk utility and tried to verify the disk I received, “Error: This disk needs to be repaired. Click Repair Disk. I did so and after it tried multiple times it gave me the errors, “Incorrect Number of thread records” and “invalid volume file count” at the end it says “The volume Macintosh HD could not be repaired after 3 attempts” What are my options?

Replace the drive. That generation is pretty easy. You should go download the operating system to a bootable USB before you start: Macworld - How to Create a Bootable MacOS Sierra Installer drive
