Came across this website and was wondering if anyone has used it for phone repairs rather than soldering? It is a metal glue caled Mesoglue, and it works at room temperature- no heat needed. Here is the link and there is a short video on the website: http://newatlas.com/mesoglue-metal-glue/… I broke the small metal tab that holds the lower antennae, and I’ve never soldered, so I was looking for other options. Do you think this would work? If anyone has tried it, I would like to hear your feedback about it! Thanks!

That’s quite a small piece from the website I’m sure it says the glue is still under development or isn’t actually available yet… u need to solder that part the antenna even with conductive glue I don’t think it will be strong enough to hold as it’s such a small piece and it needs to be connected properly with no bridging between the points If you can’t solder the actual piece see if u can solder 2 small wires to the antenna on the sticker which is on the loudspeaker or get someone to do it for u

It’s an interesting concept! From what they are showing you need flush surfaces that mate up. It clearly has a future. We’ll need to wait a bit to see how it is accepted in the industry. In your case I think soldering or replacing the bad part.
