Hi I have a Samsung flat screen tv model number LA328530P7RXXA tv has sound screen is blank but if you look close into the screen you can see the figurines moving please help. Jay

@physical since you have sound and can see shadows/silhouettes (in a darkened room shine a flashlight at an angle against the screen to verify this) the error appears to be a backlight issue. This could be a power board problem as well as a bad backlight array (backlight strips inside your panel assembly). You would need to use a multimeter to measure the voltage output from the power board to the LED’s and let us know what you get. Most Samsungs will turn the backlight on if you disconnect the main board from the power board (no picture etc. of course just a backlight) Let us know what you find. As the flowchart points out the 30p cable is the one from the main board to the power board. So, disconnecting it should turn the backlight on.
