Hi my washer has power but it will not allow me to go through the washing cycles when I move the knob. It will also not all me to turn off the power button. The only thing on the display that will light up is the fan fresh button.
Hi, I’m not familiar with the model, so here’s the tech sheet for the washer that may help. Initially maybe check Step.10 Service LED/DC Supply on p.14 to see if the ACU is responding or not. If it is then proceed onto TEST #2: User Interface to check if it is working OK. Sorry about the vague answer but this is what I’d do. You may have to work through the tech sheet trying the various tests (and diagnostics if they work) to try and narrow down what and where the problem is. Hopefully this is of some help.
