Having a problem downloading new apps and app updates to my phone, it says I don’t have enough space even though when I check my storage it says I have five GB left on the phones memory, and a little over 13 GB on the micro sd I have in it.
if its a android phone make sure its set to install apps on sd card in the settings. also try download “ap2sd” from google store. that will help move most of your apps and free up some space! it also maybe your “cloud” storage is full, turn off your cloud live back up on your phone. and log into your cloud account,check and your space I know some phones come with cloud storage.
