Chosen Solution
I have no problem downloading photos from my Panasonic Camera DMC-TS3, but videos are not being copied. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Wade
I just tried using another software and did get them to download. They used to download at the same time as photos but no longer. Thanks to any of you who were considering a response. I guess I’ll use this process for now.
