Chosen Solution
Started today. Have had this unit since the original PS4 was first released, never had this issue in the past. The Cord doesnt seem to be the issue as I have multiple and work for my Computer. Afraid it my be a Hardware Issue. Any suggestions?
Never mind its working now. The pins were damaged, so it became ultra-sensitive to the positioning to the HDMI cord.
