i can hear sound coming out from headphone, but when it was unplugged i did not hear sound from speaker. i tried troubleshooting and all other settings but problem still unsolved. please advise.
another possibility is that the spring inside the jack has softened over time, so doesnt spring back reconnecting the speakers, same thing happened to me on another asus laptop i had given to me.
