My headphones I’ve had for a year have never had any issues, never dropped them or had them around water. I’m not sure what happened, and my warranty expired. Does anybody know what I can do to fix them???
Hi there, Have you tried to plug them in to an audio source using the aux cable? (the aux in on the headphones uses the same traces as if the bluetooth mode would. If that works try to use the beats updater http://your.beatsbydre.com/ and try to do a firmware update /reset
