Chosen Solution
When I plug in my Hyper X headset(with mic) it asks me to select what I plugged in and when I say Headset, the left and the right audio works, but the microphone dosn’t. and When I select Headphone, only the left side works, but the microphone works. I have tested the headphones on my other computer and it works fine(audio and microphone). I am really confused and I have tried to reinstall the audio driver, messed with all my settings and even contacted acer but they said that my protection was over so idk, is it because my audio jack is only a 2 pin? idk please this is my only way to find out whats wrong. When you look into your settings you may have the case where you see 2 kind of similar names for your input device. They are not exactely the same . (I had the case with a Bose) , one is for stereo audio, and one for mono. when i selected stereo, microphone would not work. so try to look for this. You have to select MONO .. ( yes , somewhat related to the rings on the audio jack..)
