We were watching our visio and heard a crackling noise and the it went black. We have tried turning it off for a while then back on. Our cable box reboots but the tv still doesn’t come back on.
ladyspa1 could originate from anywhere but it’s most likely a failed component on the power board. You will have to let us know what exact model your TV is. Next unplug it and remove the back cover. Take a close look at all the boards and see if you can make out any obviously damaged component. Post some good pictures of your boards with your QUESTION.
