Hello,i cant upload apps.cause my iPhone is version 10.3… Update (01/15/2023) Thank You ,i try to load old version messenger application to my iPhone old se model version 10.3..,but it says load latest version .and cant load any application .so i think my phone is old and not upgraded .
apps, like any other software, have minimum requirements. some apps don’t support older versions of IOS and will not let you load them onto a phone that doesn’t meet that need. just like you can’t install a program that requires windows 10 onto a computer running windows 7. now if you have a phone that won’t let you upgrade your IOS past 10.3, then you’re stuck. if this is the case, then it’s probably time for a new phone. one example i can give is the iphone 7 only supports up to IOS 15.7 (currently and all versions 15.x in the future), whereas the the iphone 8 will run 16.x. so if an app publisher ever comes out with an app that requires IOS 16, all the iphone 7 users will not be able to run that app, or that IOS 16 version of that app. hope this helps
According to the Wikipedia article on the iPhone SE, iOS versions up to version 15 are still supported on it, so if you’re having problems with apps needing a newer version of the OS, the obvious solution here would be to upgrade to a later version than the very old 10.3 version you’re currently using.
