While watching twitch on the xbox my 50inch vizo home theater E50x-E1 suddenly had no video but had sound also has backlight an i dont know what’s wrong if possible I’d like it fixed recently think the power has been turning off and on to
@woflie_ you need to check this with all the input sources (HDMI, coax, Composite etc) This “think the power has been turning off and on to “ will not be T-con board related. You need a multimeter and check the power board for proper output to the main board etc. Before repalcing any boards you want to do at least some basic troubleshooting. You can check the fuse on your T-con board to ensure that you have continuity and power to it.
How do you know that you have a back light? The typical failure is of the back light. If you do have hte back light and there is no picture, replacing the T-con board would be the next step.
