Chosen Solution
When I open the laptop it has green horizontal lines which then fade away into white vertical lines. But after I restart it, the laptop goes into a blue screen that keeps coming back no matter what options I chose in troubleshoot.
hi, if you have acces to the RAM memory get a eraser and slide it from the edge that connects to the computer, if you have more than one RAM clean all of it and try it one by one, your problem can be a memory malfunction, good luck
