Hi guys, I have a very big problem with my brand-“new” Asus x556ub which run very very slow I am not crazy or something, but my old acer v5 with a celeron ar 1.5ghz, without video card and same 4 GB of ram, run faster and smother then it… take a look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsx7uef7… the store where I brought it say that they can’t give my money back cuz it pass that 31 days of restore, and I have no ideea what to do, i try adding more ram, but it didn’t have any improve! specs: i7 6500U 3.1ghz 940m 2GB VRAM 4GB ddr3L 1TB hdd 5400RPM old specs: celeron 1.5 ghz no video card 4GB dd3 500GB hdd 5400RPM
Contact Asus costomer support, tell them about your problem, give them your proof of purchase, and viola! Free fix.
