Chosen Solution
First of all thank you to those that take the time to view my question and are able to provide some clarity on this issue to me. Please help me to identify what exactly is it that is messed up and causing this screen to display like this. Is this something that can be repaired or taken from my other phone? The screen that is displaying like this was originally intended to be a replacement screen for the phone I’m currently using which is cracked up BAD but all else is functioning properly.
It honestly looks like a bad screen, you can try reconnecting the flexes to see if it helps at all, my advice would be to contact the screen supplier and request a replacement be sent out :) I am sorry if your screen is Dead on Arrival as we say :(
