Hi i’m new here. i own a 48 inches 4k Seiki Led TV and it started to flicker after 10 minutes on. the menus in Netflix or the TV itself are displaying fine but streaming via wifi or direct tv with hdmi is flickering. I made i little video to help you understand what’s the main problem on the screen. Doesn’t look like a panel issue to me. Since the picture syncs fine sometimes and loses sync sometimes, I would suspect that the video decoder or copy protection decoder is malfunctioning. The fact that on screen and app menus display correctly is more evidence that points toward the video engine, and not the panel or signal switching circuitry.
I suspect its T-com board because of the way lines flicker. Try testing components/elements with multimeter on it and replace it with new one as last resort.
