Help Password Locked And Need To System Restore Nextbook Flexx 10

I’m locked out of my computer I need to restore it or reset it but I can’t because I don’t have an administrator password.Every time I try resetting it it doesn’t workAnd I can’t do a system restore without an administrator password.Can somebody please help me?
