Chosen Solution
Using the IFixIt guide with the spudger as recommended this small piece of copper popped out. I am not sure what this is, or if it needs repair. appears to be a connector to test the logic board. Attached is a photo of what I mentioned. If I need to have this repaired where would I find this part?
The Hex piece is a spacer which is not needed. The logic board is littered with test points so I wouldn’t worry about it. Here’s a good view of another logic board:
