Chosen Solution
I replaced my iPhone SE screen, but the home button is either way too loose and flush with the screen, or it is fine feeling but raised up ~0.5mm above the screen. Is this a result of improper installation, bad replacement screen, or have I just not been able to find the right amount of torque on the screws? Thanks (the home button when it is sturdy and raised up)
I’ve noticed this happens with low quality screens. Try a new screen.
