Hi, I have a iPad Air 2, have changed the screen, now the home button doesn’t click to wake the iPad. The Touch ID function still works . Please help
Though I haven’t done this on an iPad, I’ve seen it done with an iPhone, so I’m going to assume it’s the same problem If you aren’t getting the physical click on the home button, the bracket that’s holding the home button onto the screen was probably applied wrong. Make sure the bracket is applied properly, and the contact pin on the home button is touching the pin on the bracket.
