I ask a technician to replace my battery because it drains too fast. Now before the battery was replaced the Touch ID is working perfectly then when the battery was replaced the Home Button is working but the Touch ID does not. Only the battery was replaced. When I try to register a fingerprint again it doesnt scan my fingerprint as if it’s turned off or something I uploaded the image below

Hello ordizimbano, Check the flex cable is properly fixed to FPC, might your flex cable damaged when open the phone for replace the battery. Here you can find the guide and it will help you to re-fix the flex cable. also you can use a microscope to inspect any physical damage on the flex cable.
