My home screen, back, and menu buttons won’t work I didn’t drop it or anything, it just suddenly stopped working. I don’t want to buy a whole new phone nor factory reset it. What do I do?
Backup your data and factory restore. If that doesn’t work, there is a hardware failure inside the phone that may need replacement.
