Hi, My iPhone has stopped being able to locate my home WiFi (plusnet). This has happened overnight and when I go onto my settings on my iPhone it doesn’t appear. Strangely, it picked up the WiFi at a café I went to but not my friends home WiFi (also plusnet). Please help, thanks!

Sounds like your WiFi Access Point (AP) was turned off. Its possible PlusNet updated its Routers during the night and in doing so turned off your open port. Many ISP’s have been doing this to limit free loaders from their systems. I would recommend you give PlusNet a call to see what they say. One option you could do is using a Mac or PC run a WiFi analyst tool (Apple prevents these from running in iOS). As an example: WiFi Explorer under MacOS is a great tool. It will allow you to ‘see’ all of the available AP’s around you.
