Sony KD 55XD9305 Hi, I need help with this situation: So it all started during this quarantine when I was watching Youtube on TV and I paused the image to go to the Kitchen, when I came back 2 white thin horizontal line appeared next to each other on the lower part of the TV, then above that line all image is blurry, it seams the image doubled vertically and the colour is slightly different. All letters seems to have a shadow on it. After 10 minutes watching TV, the blurriness goes away, but the horizontal line is still there, and the color above it still slightly different. I tried to unplug all the components, factory reset, I hit the back of the TV and still no differences on the image. The TV was kinda expensive almost 3000€, I just don’t want to spend a lot repairing it, maybe better buy a new one. Thank you in advance for all the help
Hi @filipegue A horizontal line is not a good sign. It usually indicates a LCD panel problem which cannot be repaired. The panel has to be replaced. A vertical line is different as it may be a tcon board or LCD panel tab connector problem.
