I want to know if the problem is the flex or the screen. in case that is the screen, i saw here that the comes with some dead pixels and i want to know how bad is it.
Ouch! Not good This is a TAB error which is when the bonding of the flex ribbon has pulled away from the glass LCD panel. Often times a bang or something heavy damaged the display. Nothing here you can fix as the vapor deposited metal on the glass has pulled free and not repairable. Time for a new LCD or display assembly. Review these two guides, the full assembly swap is the easier path but more expensive. Replacing the LCD while cheaper it a fair amount of work and if you’re not careful you can damage the cover glass and its rubber seal.
