Chosen Solution
This horizontal line has appeared and seems to now be permanent. In the past it came and went randomly.
The line color changes and seems to change color across the screen but doesn’t seem related to the content on the screen. I’ve tried re-seating the cables into the LCD panel control board (below), but the line persists.

Im also facing same prob on my Hisense Smart Tv. I thought my kids have done it but after reading this post realized I could be wrong. The vertical line is in the bottom of the screen and the images are shown blurry in that area of line. Upper portion images r perfectly fine
