My Vizio 3D tv developed a horizontal line across the bottom third of the screen, and the screen below that blurs and clears every few seconds. I’ve unplugged it, let it sit for a few days, factory reset it, and it’s still doing it.
Alec, horizontal lines are usually an indication of a bad LCD panel. check the tab bonding to the driver board and see if they are still properly placed and check for corrosion.
Actually there is a problem with LCD board,. Which is connected direct with LCD display.. Need professional technical person to repair the board..
