Horizontal Rainbow Lines Appeared On The Bottom Of My Screen Near Dock Macbook Pro 13 Function Keys 2017

Hey yall. Some lines have started to appear randomly on the bottom of the dock completely blurring it and still faintly visible when locked or starting up? Is this a hardware issue that can only be fixed by taking into repairers? Slightly concerned especially with everything going on Covid-19 & places not being open.. Any help / advice is appreciated as my knowledge in this area is scarce. Thanks so much.
