My iPhone SE has a dark to light gray background light with horizontal lines running through, and all of the buttons work. I went to the Apple store and they said that there is water damage, but I can’t find any sort of evidence on that. Can someone please tell me what’s wrong with it?
Sounds like the LCD has been physically damaged. A new screen would fix this problem
